Do you envision a world where everyone in our community experiences economic justice and financial inclusion? We do too! Ariva is growing and we are seeking three full-time financial counselors to join our community wealth-building team. The financial counselor must be fluent in English and Spanish. The Financial Counselor will offer financial counseling support to low and moderate-income New Yorkers so people seeking these services can access safe and affordable banking products, create household budgets, and gain a good understanding of the US financial system. Direct experience with financial counseling is not required, training will be offered to the right candidate.
Face-to-face in-person service is an essential component of this position. All staff must be vaccinated and must mask and follow our health and safety procedures in our offices. Ariva offers excellent benefits including but not limited to subsidized health and dental insurance, generous paid time off, and retirement benefits. The position has a salary range of $42,500 to $47,500.
